For fast turn round of shrinkwrapping projects we run an Automatic ' L' seal shrinkwrapping line using environmentally friendly polyolefin shrinkfilm, suitable for many different products including:- books, envelopes, games, gift sets, baskets etc. We also have several manual sealers for small runs and difficult items.

We can sleevewrap multi packs in polythene shrinkfilm for secure transit and palletisation, the typical use of this process is for items such as Tins, Jars, Packets, etc. which for ease of handling are wrapped in multi-packs.

For a high quality and fast shrink sleeve application such as: twin packs, Buy one Get one Free offers, we have a purpose built tunnel and conveyor system. We will assist in design and supply of bespoke shrink sleeves.

Our current Blister Pack sealing lines consist of two Rotary blister sealers giving us a production capacity of up to 60,000 units per week. We can assist in the design of your Blister Pack and can supply the Vacuum formed Blister and printed Blister Card

For a very strong and secure form of packaging we have a four station High Frequency Welding machine which welds together semi rigid or flexible PVC. Apart from welding vacuum formed clamshell style Blisters we can manufacture pvc products such as document wallets, pouches etc.

For liquid filling from 1 ml to 1 Litre viscous and non viscous products we have a range of filling equipment capable of dispensing in accurate doses consistently . We will fill many types of non-food liquids and can supply filled bottles of items such as Aromatherapy, Massage and Pot Pourri Oils etc.

There are probably no labelling requirements that we could not tackle either machine or hand applied, so whatever your need we would most likely be able to assist, if not then we would certainly be able to recommend.

There are many jobs that cannot be assembled labelled glued or collated by machine due to their complexity or run quantity, our team of loyal packaging staff can adapt to many types of complex assembly or collating exercises with quality and efficiency.
